He has previously served as the Chief Distribution Officer at Srei Infrastructure Finance, Head of Corporate Strategy and Planning at Srei Equipment Finance, VP & National Account Head at TATA AIA Life and has held significant positions at HDFC, ICICI Bank and ABN Amro Bank. He is an innovative thought leader with a proven track record of transforming large SBUs and stabilising their operations through process re-engineering and implementation of Industry best practices. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management and has enriched himself over the years by participating in programs at IIM (A), Stephen M. Ross School of Business, University of Michigan and Singularity University, among others. He has also been the Chair and Member in various Industry Bodies.
